Terms & Conditions for Refunds

At Quantum Leap Learning Solutions Private Limited (“Quantum Leap,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our(s)”), we are committed to delivering high-value business coaching services to our clients and users (“User”). To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, the following refund policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all refund requests (“Policy”).


1. General Policy

  • All requests for refunds of the fees paid to Us are governed by strict adherence to timelines, content usage, and access status of the services purchased.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@quantumleap.co.in.

  • Eligibility for refunds is evaluated based on:

    • The stage of program engagement

    • The type of service availed

    • The reason provided for the refund request


2. Eligibility Criteria for Refund

Full Refunds

A full refund of the fee shall be issued only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 24 working hours of making the payment.

  • No program content (including live sessions, video modules, tools, or templates) has been accessed.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 2 to 3 days of making the payment.

  • Some program content has been accessed. Deductions will be applied based on the value of the content consumed.

  • A processing fee of 5% of the total amount paid will be deducted to cover administrative and transaction-related costs.

No Refunds

No refunds shall be granted under the following conditions:

  • The request is made after 7 days from the date of payment.

  • The User has accessed a substantial portion of the Program, including but not limited to:

    • Live sessions

    • Tools

    • Community groups

    • Coaching components


3. Deposits and Credit Notes

  • In cases where a refund is not approved, the amount paid may be converted into a Credit Note, at the Company’s discretion.

Credit Notes:

  • Redeemable against any future program or service offered by Quantum Leap

  • Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Non-transferable without written approval from Quantum Leap


4. Refunds for EMI or Loan-Based Payments

If the fee is paid through EMI or a loan provider:

  • Refunds will be issued within 30 working days from approval, subject to the financing partner’s timelines.

  • Users will be responsible for settling dues with their bank/loan partner.

  • Users agree to indemnify Quantum Leap against any charges or penalties incurred due to non-payment or delays.

  • Quantum Leap is not responsible for delays caused by the financing partner.


5. Refunds for Direct Full Payments

For users who paid in full directly:

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–15 working days from the date of approval by Quantum Leap.


6. Procedure to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@quantumleap.co.in with the subject line:

Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Program Name]

Note: Submission of a refund request does not guarantee a refund. Approval is at the sole discretion of Quantum Leap.

Your email should include:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email ID

  • Mobile Number

  • Program Name

  • Reason for refund request

  • Any supporting documents (if applicable)

Quantum Leap will acknowledge the refund request within 1 working day of receiving it.
