Refund Policy

At Quantum Leap Learning Solutions Private Limited (“Quantum Leap“We,” “Us,” and “Our(s)”), We are committed to delivering high-value business coaching services to its clients/users (“User”).

To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, the following refund policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all refund requests (“Policy”).

1. General Policy

  • All requests for refunds of the fees paid to Us, are governed by strict adherence to timelines, content usage, and access status of the services purchased.

 

  • Refund requests of the fees paid to the Company must be submitted by the User in writing with Us via email to support@quantumleap.co.in.

 

  • Eligibility for refunds of a User is evaluated based on the stage of program engagement, the type of service availed by such User and the reason provided by the User for such refund of the fees paid.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Refund

Full Refunds

Full refund of the fee shall be issued only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request for refund of fees is made within 24 working hours of making the payment for the fees.
  • No program content—including live sessions, video modules, tools, or templates (“Program”)—has been accessed by the User.

Partial Refunds

Partial refund of the fees may be considered by the Company under the following circumstances:

  • The request for refund of the fees, either partial or full, is made within 2 to 3 days of making the payment of the fees by the User.

 

  • Some of the content of the Company has been accessed. Deductions will be applied based on the value of the content consumed.

 

  • Fee equivalent to 5% of the fees paid by the User i.e. Processing Fee, shall be deducted from the total amount of the refund. This fee covers administrative and transaction-related costs.

No Refunds

Refunds of the fees paid by the User to the Company shall not be granted under the following conditions:

  • The request is made after 7 days from the date of payment of fees by the User to the Company.

  • The User has accessed substantial portion of the Program, including but not limited to live sessions, tools, community groups, or coaching components.

3. Deposits and Credit Notes

In cases where a refund is not approved or processed:

  • The amount paid by the User for availing the Services may be converted into a Credit Note, at the discretion of the Company.

Credit Notes:

  • Are redeemable against any future program or services offered by Quantum Leap.

  • Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
  • Are non-transferable to any other party, without the approval of the Quantum Leap.

4. Refunds to Users making EMI or Loan-Based Payments

For payments of fees made to Us through EMI or loan providers:

  • Refunds will be issued within 30 working days from the date of approval, subject to the loan partner’s settlement timeline.
  • Once the amount of the refund is issued to the User, after making all the relevant deductions, User shall be liable to settle its dues with the concerned bank or the loan partner.
  • User shall indemnify Us for any charges or penalties levied by the bank or loan partner on Us due to the default in payment or delay in settling Your dues with such bank or loan partner.
  • Quantum Leap shall not liable for delays, in process of refund, caused by the financing partner.

6. Refunds to other Users

For payments of fees made to Us in full directly

Refunds will be issued within 7-15 working days from the date of approval by Us.

7. Procedure to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@quantumleap.co.in with the subject line:
Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Program Name]. however, making a request for the refund does not guarantee the User for the refund, the same shall be subject to the approval of the Company, as per its discretion.

We shall acknowledge the request of refund received from the User within 1 working day from the date of receipt of such request.

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email ID

  • Mobile Number

  • Program Name

  • Reason for refund request

  • Any supporting documents (if applicable)
