INTRODUCTION:
This Privacy Policy contains the manner in which Quantum Leap Learning Solutions Private Limited (“Quantum Leap”) shall collect, store and use the information: a) shared by the Client with Quantum Leap while signing up to avail any of the courses and/or services offered by Quantum Leap through various modes that include physical/ online and/or through QL One mobile application (the ‘QL One App’) or through https://rajivtalreja.com/ (“Website”) (collectively referred to as “The Platform“)) and all other sub domains; and b) collected by Quantum Leap in the process of the Client using the Services in the Platform.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms “We,” “Us,” and “Our(s)” shall be deemed to refer to Quantum Leap, unless otherwise specified or required by the context.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms “You,” and “Your(s),” shall be deemed to refer to the Client, unless otherwise specified or required by the context.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “Platform” shall be deemed to refer to Website and QL One App of Quantum Leap, unless otherwise specified or required by the context.
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) shall become effective on the date the Client avails any of the services from Quantum Leap and agrees to be bound by the Service Agreement by creating an account on the Platform (irrespective of whether the Client may use such Services offered thereafter or not).
Quantum Leap collects certain personal information of the Client at the time the Client initiates the process of registration with Quantum Leap either by entering into a Service Agreement or by creating an account on the Platform of Quantum Leap. In addition to the above, Quantum Leap also collects certain (non-personal) information (at times on an ongoing basis) when the Client avails certain Services under the Platform of the Quantum Leap.
This Privacy Policy, which is also a part of the Service Agreement executed by Quantum Leap with its Client, details out the information collected and stored by Quantum Leap along with the manner in which the said information will be used by Quantum Leap.
We wish to clarify and stress that any information sought by Quantum Leap and/or collected by it shall only be used in accordance with this Policy and the terms of the Service Agreement. Quantum Leap further endeavours to protect the interests and privacy of all its Clients and has taken suitable security measures to protect information submitted by the Clients to Quantum Leap.
Quantum Leap may change the terms of this Policy from time to time and the same shall be notified to all of its Client(s) either through Platform notification or text message on the registered mobile number, as the case may be. Further, the latest and updated Policy can be found on the Platform of Quantum Leap under the heading ‘Privacy Policy’.
- INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE
- Information You Provide Directly:
- In order to access and use services offered by Quantum Leap, it may ask its Client to provide certain personal information including Client’s full name, registered address, email address, phone number, GST details, if applicable, in case the Client is making inquiries or interacting with the services offered by Us. This information will allow Us to communicate effectively with you and offer the services that meet your needs. Additionally, We may collect information such as date of birth, address, education and identity proof, necessarily for Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- Our service delivery process consists of several stages, including Client Consultation, Requirement Assessment, Tailored Solutions, Implementation, Monitoring, and Results. At each stage, We may collect, process, and store the data provided by You, to ensure that We are able to deliver Our services that are tailored to Your requirements. - To regulate and manage Our professional relationship with You during Your engagement with Us, including communicating with You about your experience, account, feedback and Services.
- Analyse the Platform, during utilization of the Services, to identify areas for improvement and optimize the experience of anyone who visits the same.
- To identify any problems that the Client may encounter and to provide timely solutions.
- To comply with applicable laws or requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
- Send promotional emails about Our new products/services, offers, or other information to the email address and contact information provided, tailored to the Client’s interests and preferences.
- Market research purposes, including analysing Client data to identify trends and opportunities.
- We may use Your personal information, if You so desire, to share promotional information and third-party advertisements and information that You may find interesting based on Your interests and locations.
- We at Quantum Leap and/or through appointed third-party service providers collect and use data and analyse the same to produce analysis for optimization of business-oriented results as part of the Services, marketing, strategy, and other business purposes.
- Quantum Leap may also share such data with certain financial institutions for the purpose of assisting the Client in availing financing services and options or other business resources, if the Client so requires.

- Changes to Preferences: Any changes to preferences regarding receiving or sharing information can be made by writing to Quantum Leap via email at support@quantumleap.co.in.
- Withdrawal of Consent:
- The Client may withdraw consent for the sharing or provision of information by providing a written request via letter or email with an electronic signature to support@quantumleap.co.in.
- Upon receiving such a request, Quantum Leap may restrict or stop Services or access to the Platform without prejudice to its other rights.
- The withdrawal of consent will take effect from the date on which the written communication is received by Quantum Leap (“Withdrawal Effective Date”).
- The withdrawal of consent will not affect any actions already undertaken by Quantum Leap in compliance with its policies prior to the Withdrawal Effective Date.
- Processing Timeline for Data Deletion: Quantum Leap will require a reasonable period of up to 30 days from the date of the Client’s request to delete the Client’s personal data from its records is received to ensure that it is no longer used, except where retention is required in accordance with the law.
- Client Rights and Choices:
- The Client has the right to request a copy of their personal data held by Quantum Leap. This will be provided in a machine-readable format, such as CSV or JSON, within 30 days of the request received by Quantum Leap.
- If any personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, the Client can request corrections or updates, and Quantum Leap will address such requests within 15 days.
- The Client may request the transfer of their personal data to another service provider and such request may be entertained by Us where it technically feasible for Us, using secure, industry-standard transfer protocols.
- The Client can opt out of promotional communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in these communications or contacting Quantum Leap directly. Opt-out requests will be honoured within 7 days.
- The Client has the right to object to the processing of their personal data under specific circumstances, such as direct marketing. If such an objection is raised, Quantum Leap shall cease processing such Client’s data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds to continue, such as legal obligations.
- Impact of Withdrawal: The Client acknowledges that withdrawing consent may result in limited access to Our certain Services or features, as some data is essential to providing full and optimal benefits of the Services.
- RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
