Quantum Leap Learning Solutions Private Limited (“Quantum Leap” or “the Company”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy and data security of the information regarding all its users (“Users”) on its website https://rajivtalreja.co.in/ and on the QL ONE APP (collectively referred to as “The Platform”), which is managed and controlled by the Company.

This Confidentiality Policy outlines the obligations and responsibilities of all its Users concerning the protection, use, and disclosure of confidential information acquired/gained through, or provided by, the Company to its Users (“Policy”). By using the Platform, Users acknowledge, understand, and fully consent to abide by this Policy to ensure the protection of such sensitive information received by them.

  • Training materials, coaching methodologies, service plans, business analytics

  • Discussions held during coaching sessions, suggestions given during training/coaching/consulting

  • Any other information explicitly marked or implied as confidential by the Company

1. OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

Users are obligated to safeguard all Confidential Information received during their engagement with the Company, by exercising utmost caution and with the highest degree of care. This includes:

1.1 Non-Disclosure

Users shall not disclose, share, duplicate, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or make any Confidential Information available to third parties without prior written consent from the Company.

1.2 Authorized Use Only

Confidential Information shall be used solely for the intended purpose related to the Company’s business coaching, training, consulting, and scaling services.

1.3 Secure Handling

Users must implement reasonable security measures (e.g., strong passwords, private access, no credential sharing). Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

1.4 Respect for Intellectual Property

Users shall not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute proprietary materials (e.g., templates, case studies) without the Company’s permission.

1.5 Confidentiality of Interactions

Users shall not record, screenshot, or share any discussions or sessions without prior written approval.

1.6 Protection of Third-Party Information

If a User gains access to another client’s Confidential Information, it must be treated with the same level of confidentiality.

2. EXCEPTIONS TO CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidential Information may be disclosed only:

2.1 Legal Compliance

If legally required, with prior written notice to the Company.

2.2 Written Consent

If the Company grants express written permission.

2.3 Publicly Available Information

If the information is already in the public domain.

3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not:

  • 3.1 Access unauthorized sections or data

  • 3.2 Misuse or distribute Confidential Information

  • 3.3 Circumvent authentication/security protocols

  • 3.4 Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity

  • 3.5 Participate in cyber misconduct (e.g., phishing, hacking)

  • 3.6 Share proprietary materials with external/competitor parties

  • 3.7 Sell or trade Company insights/resources with third parties

  • 3.8 Violate intellectual property rights of the Company

4. COMPLIANCE & MONITORING

To ensure adherence:

  • 4.1 Company may review usage logs and user activity
  • 4.2 Suspicious activity may lead to investigation, restrictions, or legal action
  • 4.3 Users have no expectation of absolute privacy on the Platform
  • 4.4 Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination

5. ONGOING OBLIGATIONS

Users are bound to:

  • 5.1 Continue safeguarding Confidential Information post-engagement
  • 5.2 Destroy or return Confidential Information when required
  • 5.3 Prevent post-engagement access by unauthorized third parties
  • 5.4 Accept legal consequences for violations

6. CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH

Violations may lead to:

  • 6.1 Temporary/permanent account suspension
  • 6.2 Legal action (damages, injunctions)
  • 6.3 Reporting to authorities in case of legal violations

7. USER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using the Platform, Users:

  • Confirm reading and understanding this Policy

  • Accept responsibility for all Confidential Information received

  • Agree to indemnify the Company against losses from any violation

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE POLICY

The Company may revise this Policy at its discretion. Users will be notified via:

  • Email communication

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
